Jami Darwin Chiang is an artist and designer known for her whimsical and expressive style. Her imaginative approach to design, paper sculpture and digital art results in a unique and hand crafted feel to all of her designs.

Jami’s career started in Visual Design for Neiman Marcus, initially at the corporate level and later at the Chicago, Illinois flagship store. In 2000, she founded Letterspace, a successful wholesale stationery company which sold to over 800 stores around the country from little boutiques to Neiman Marcus & Saks Fifth Avenue.

As a paper artist her most notable projects include custom design and paper installations for The White House, USTA U.S. Open and the opening gala for Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago.

Jami’s love of color and pattern is a consistent theme in her body of work. Her portfolio offers an array of modern colorful prints, whimsical florals and seasonal themes. With her diverse background, she understands product trends and the utmost importance of relationship building when working with clients in the licensing industry.
